Is it normal to whistle offkey

Someone I work with, high up, whistles offkey sometimes all day. Another worker slammed the door cause it was so obnoxious. I'm going to start up my music streaming from the internet to disguise. I've read it can be obsessive compulsive disorder.

Someone whistling constantly (especially out of tune) is VERY annoying, and can often be a sign of insecurity..the same often applies to young men who constantly 'rap'.They don't know what to do with themselves,so whistle (or rap) to appear casual. And puffy you know this..

Okay you retards, if you can't even stay within a semitone of what you're whistling *when you have guidance from the speakers* then shut the hell up. You people are so retarded that you can't even realize you're at least a note off key from the radio. And when the supermarket plays something really stupid like a brain dead 70s-80s rock song you don't have the good sense to skip that one. Most people can whistle on tune, you know. Some can even whistle tricky sh*t like Clocks by Coldplay full speed, acapella, and perfectly tuned.
