hey everyone I had this Fantastic new idea ! What if they had Goth camp they have a camp for God near everything else ! I say they should have a GOTH CAMP ! For anyone who thinks this is a Awsome idea leave a comment please XD !
They can sit around the campfire and tell scary stories of conformity and pep rallies.

Great idea. A bunch of depressed teens smoking and bitching abou how bored they are, how gay the camp is, and how much their lives suck. Isn't that basically a friday night at a mall?
Oh that is not what goths are . They are creative poeple that happen to think diffrently than the rest of the world and realize thier is darkness in the world except it embrace it and make art outve it and choose to express it in intresting ways . Most poeple think they are bad poeple they are not bad poeple . Also I think like most the goths I met I just dont dress goth .
They already have clubs for that camp is for kids what adult is going to pay to send thier kid to sexcamp ? Also this would be a simalar idea to creative arts camp which they do have and I really wanted to go too .

In the UK we don't really have that summer camp tradition like in America, but I bet I would've loved a creative arts camp. Goth camp would have to be in a dark, sunless warehouse wouldn't it? Perpetual night time.
Its the wilderness its already dark spooky , and filled with bears and insects whats more creepy than having the thought you may be eaten at night ?
No itd be a normal camp ground and they would have fun goth themed activitys go all the way to the top comments I listed them .
I would find an "Emo Camp" funnier.
All full of brooding, depressed kids citing poetry to each other and trying to outdo each other regarding who is more desparate and unhappy about life.
Then clearly you don't know the difference. XD I knew a lot of goth kids who despised emo's, especially the twilight emo kids. >.<

it was a joke. I went through both of these scenes when I was younger. In highschool it was more EBM and goth rock parties and afterwards I toured with hardcore bands, although the mellower ones could be called "emocore". So I've seen a fair share of emo kids in my life :P
twilight kids aren't emo, they should die, anyway.
Probably doesn't help I was stoned and tired when I replied to this. :P I realise it was a joke, just found it funny because in my experience those groups don't really mix.
And I think it was mostly because of my area (everyone got into the "pseudo emo/goth" style after twilight came around here) but also because I watched that episode of south park recently and was thinking about it.
And I've noticed on IIN there's a *lot* of hate for "emos" which I think is going too broad. If someone is getting all bent out of shape over some first world problem, that's one thing. But self harm questions on here turn into one big emo joke forum when in fact it's a serious issue.
Lol, no worries! And the south park episode was awesome! These guys really know how to be relevant on all these social issues.
I've noticed that, and it's ridiculous. You know, I don't mind admitting that I'm "ancient" age-wise, but it also means that I've around before "emo" became a trend, and all these self-harm and depression jokes were usually aimed against goths.
I listen to stuff that became "emocore" and later "post hardcore", and stuff that is considered commercial emo. I don't care what everybody else thinks.
There will always be a subculture people will enjoying kicking around.
It is a Goth camp but you missed the piont . Still a camp to be considered a camp they must all have some things that are kind of campy .
What about a camp camp for camp people? Lots of camp people prancing around and mincing! Now that would be funny!!!
Why? They have gay camps to convert gays into straight people which can't be much fun for them. Why not let them have a camp camp so they can have a bit of fun frollicking around?
I not saying its bad I just dont see the piotn of making a camp poeple camp ? its just regular summer camp than.
A place where I could go and have tonnes of things in common with everyone? Yes please! :D
They would tell happy stories around the camp fire just to freak each other out.

Sounds better than the Christian camps I once attended. They were like some kind of nightmare world, where everyone sang terrible boy-band music all day, had never heard of this great new thing called "rock music", and inexplicably forgot the meaning of every descriptive adjective ever taught to them. There was some counselor there who pulled me aside after I told a ghost story and asked me WHAT A DAGGER WAS. (I am serious.)
I don't know about "goth" camp, per se, but there definitely need to be more options!

i love camps...when i was a kid i always spent 2 months a year in the camps, great place to be
Get some land and start it up. :D Haha I'd come get a job as a counselor if one of those existed. No macaconi sculptures or bean and paper plate tambourines, we'll do real art sessions!
Thats an excellent idea. They're all legal adults? If they are, that's like putting me in a candy store. Goth chicks are hot.
Not sure if OP is talking about like a fun camp where Goths go to hang out, or like Gay Camp or Fat Camp where they try to make you not gay/fat.
A million times yes, i'm not goth, but I would love to have one near me because goth chicks are amazing!
Yes!!!! If they can have a rock camp and a skateboarding one, than they should have a goth one.
