Is it normal to write negative poetry against cops?

I drew a picture of a police car and wrote "I have the right to remain loud, anything I touch will be masturbated with my penis". I don't like anti-philosophical coppers, and I'm anti-philosophical, so being hung up on the phone for a normal question is out of my league. I phoned again and told the phone-operator copper (female) what happened and she said, "Report it to the police station", I may as well have a doubting Thomas cop, and draw a picture of a cop in jail and a prisoner eating a doughnut and abusing the cop, and the cop is in prison. I like it when they put me in jail for a crime, but would it be normal to badmouth (or bad-draw) a cop? (note: I want to stand up to a stupid cop).
