I write a lot of songs, and sing them, but some people seem to think it's not normal to practically live in a musical. So, as someone who knows their songs will never be released, or heard by the public, is it normal to live in a musical and sing about most things?
As with all things, moderation is the key. I'd give my right nut to have half the musical talent of some of my friends have in their pinky.
If you aren't a professional musician, there's nothing wrong with what you say you are doing, so long as it is done in conjunction with the other things in your life. But if it becomes an obsession that excludes everything else in life, that isn't healthy, like those that lock themselves away in front of their computers.
Seems normal to me. Most people just like to belittle others to make themselves feel superior. Haters gonna hate. Sing your little heart out if it makes you happy.
