Is it normal to yell at the people spying on you when you are alone?

When I am alone I sometimes talk to the people who might be spying on me. I know that there is most likely no one there, but if there was they would think I was sooo smart for figuring it out. I also sometimes flip off the window when I am naked in my room, so that whoever is watching me will think I know that they are there.

    Oh, I forgot to mention that sometimes I yell at people in my head just in case there is a mind reader around spying on my thoughts.

      That's not the point. The point is that there is no downside to talking to them, and if for some reason someone was spying on me then they would think that I am on to them.

        The downside is that every time you do that you're validating your paranoia and increasing your feelings of being unsafe

          But I don't feel unsafe. And I am not paranoid either. I know that there is only like a 0.00001% chance that there is someone there.
