    I understood your post. I think your wrist biting may be a nervous response to seeing unpleasant sights.

    I bite my wrists when I'm nervous. Mostly, though, i do draw blood and get scars :/

        I know i should, but it's already a habit. I think 6 of my scars are from this.
        It's just that i also have an unhealthy request to taste my blood
        I mean, i haven't done anything this year, so i guess I'm going good?

          Yeah its improving. As long as you are aware its a problem and doing your best not to you should be fine by the sound of it. I used to harm as well when I was much younger.
