Is it normal when she doesnt listen?

Does anyone know what it could mean when you talk to your partner and she seems to be listening, But will not remember at all what was said or she will comment on something which is exactly what I had said prior? Even if in a small arguement its is very hard to get what I feel or say across because its not heard and not given attention.

    No, that is not normal. Maybe bring up this issue and talk to her about it. Maybe she doesn't realize she's doing it. Is she currently under a lot of stress? Going through a lot? There might be something occupying her mind and distracting her from having a normal conversation with you. Maybe you can help her fix whatever is bothering her.
