Is it normal windows explorer stops responding if i right click?

Whenever I right-click a file in the windows explorer, it stops responding. Its almost impossible to move files.

    Use Firefox or Chrome instead?

    I don't see how this is a real problem unless you're using Windows 98 or something.

      Windows explorer is the button that looks like a few folders, not internet explorer.

    thats why you have to use windows 95

    This stopped happening after I finally restarted after having been annoyed for 5 days by avg antivirus.
