OCD concerns excessive obsessions that lead to repetitive behaviors. It might not be OCD, but there definitely is some kind of issue here.

Having a constant urge to hurt things may be a sign of some mental obstacle. I'd advice to talk to your psychiatrist more about this - unless she/he has told you definitively have OCD, then I'd dig a little deeper into this.

Just as a idea, maybe try getting into a hobby. Try kick boxing to let out your urges, or even try simply drawing or learning an instrument as something calm to do. The main thing is to keep your mind off your urges, and to divert that attention elsewhere.

    Good luck.

I think I have OCD 2. I got the urge to randomly hit my brother and I actually hit a baby kitten, but I couldn't help it. I cried for hours after and hugged the kitten.
P.s @brownblowout that's kinda mean since OCD is not meant.

It's all fucking bullshit. It's there to trick you into buying medication for nothing.

Is that really necessary.honestly just kick someone when there down.I know it's not normal it's something my brain is doing.it doesn't make me a psychopath.I'd be a psychoath if I liked it.which I don't it I love my dog I'd never hurt her please be a human and think about what you say.

I don't think that's a symptom of OCD. But i would Maybe go to another doctor and see if they diagnose you with something different?
I mean I guess it could be.. Just usually people with OCD do rituals in order to prevent bad things from happening or to reduce their anxiety levels.
