Try writing in full sentences, capitolizing your letters properly and using proper punctuation. If you have trouble there are also tutorials online. It's okay to take your time to write out a full sentence. The best way to learn is to just practice. Abbreviations are faster and capture tone better but you want to write like an adult having a normal conversation. So for example the above post could be written, "I don't know anymore, ugh. Help me please? People hate me because of my grammer." Picking up and reading a book is also a good way to learn conversational written english. Even a bad book can have good grammer. Good luck!
