Is it painful to stop peeing?

I mean stop before you're finished, obviously. I've heard varying opinions about this, some claim it's extremely painful other don't think it's a big deal.

      I am of course. I was just curious about the experience of others. I'm one of the lucky ones apparently. I only feel the slightest discomfort. Never understood why people sometimes make a big deal out of it.
