    It really depends on who is spanking who and why. If you are in a BDSM relationship and it is a consensual form of punishment then that’s fine. If you are talking about an abusive relationship where the person being spanked hasn’t given their consent to this form of punishment then it is abuse and that is illegal.

    I can take or leave it, don't really think it adds anything much to adult play.

    Also:- why do so many think it's OK to experience punishment, power play and humiliation as part of adult play? Life is humiliating, imbalanced and punishing enough... I want that nowhere near my bedroom

      I think it's a control thing. Personally I am always super dominant because of my personality but always having control is stressful. I would prefer someone with a stronger personality for once. Also being an asexual who doesn't experience sexual urges I find teasing horny idiots to be hysterical but that probably falls more under sadism.
