Is it possible get loans with no credit/cosigner

My family does not care about if I go to college or not so no one is going get a cosigner. I would have more success in finding a job if I had a certificate but have no credit or cosigner. When I have worked its usually working 60+ hours so school is NOT AN OPTION. Is there any way to get around this or is there just no way I'll ever be able to attend college? I also never use credit cards because I don't like going into debt.

    I dont know where you are from/live but in the U.S you can certainly get student loans without a cosigner or credit.

    In the U.S you can even get grants.
