Technically it could be done with rigorous and consistent efforts of mental conditioning buy its likley the subject would always feel weird about it like somethings wrong. Kissing for example is an intimate thing. Kissing someone you are not genuinely into can be off-putting. If one started on say a child they would likley have better results however thst would leave into question on of said child wasn't that way to begin with and frankly would lead to inconclusive test results that would be unusable.

However attractions can change through time naturally so it really depends on how you are asking this question.

Definitely. One of my cousins was straight when she was a teenager. She even had serious crushes on boys, dated them, slept with them. She kept getting broken up with not sure if that's why she switched but since she turned 20 she's only been dating women and she's now engaged to one and doesn't refer to herself as bisexual but as a lesbian. Her sister was a lesbian all throughout high school and college she dated only women and never showed any interest in men but in her late 20s she started dating only men and now she's married to a man and she says she's straight.
