Yes it's sexual harassment, even if they are not actually touching you. If they are telling people they are dating you when it's is not true, they are clearly trying to imply there is some form of sexual relationship going on between you. That is harassment.
Make sure you let them know that it's going too far and that you'll have to make a complaint if they continue, cos otherwise they might just think it's all in good fun.
That is creepy as Hell I think you ought to march into human resources first thing Monday morning. I think it's a combination of stalking and harassment.
Well obviously it's rude and by all means call that creepy bastard out. It's not really "harassment" though, especially sexual, until they're like stalking you and putting their hands on you.
Spreading false rumors in the work place about a coworker is harassment. If the rumor is that they are engaged in a relationship with someone, that would make it sexual harassment.
If someone continues an unwanted behaviour towards you that you have asked them to stop, which isn't of a reasonable non personal nature, that's hatrassment. Plain and simple. Given this persons behavior is sexual in nature, that's sexual harrasment.
Touching or physical would be more in line with assault.
Having said that, a good public ridiculing would put an end to it. No need to involve HR or authorities.
Yes, they are putting their hands on me. Keep trying to hold my hand and saying stuff like "please say you love me".
