Is it strange for people to like hands? i dont understand

I am a pretty skinny guy and i have in my opinion very normal, if maybe slightly bony hands. But some people have said i have nice hands or that they like my hands and i really dont understand where they are coming from, is it normal for people to like hands?

    I look at people's hands. I like the hands of some people. I don't like everyone's hands.
