Is it strange to buy toys everytime you go out?

We don't go out of town too often. But when we do we always end up coming home with some new toy or treats for our two cats. We aren't out spending a fortune on them. But we'll buy like a dollar or two dollar toy and bring it home to them because we feel bad they couldn't go out with us. I don't know. I feel kinda strange but I'd feel strange if we didn't do it for them.

My mom would probably think it is normal considering my dog gets a new freaking squeaky every week that is incredibly annoying.

It's just become a habit, and it doesn't seem like you want to break it, but you can whenever you want. No big deal. They probably have enough toys anyways.

It would be bad enough if you were spoiling your kids this way. But cats? Come on. What, do you think they're gonna be mad at you if you don't buy them a toy every time?

Ok well Im sure your cats will be ok with out a toy everytime. Once in a while but its not like they realize you bought them a toy they just see it as something to play with so if they have enough then stop dont let your guilt get the best of you and your wallet either!

You know, your cats will feel bad if they can't reciprocate. Have you been finding any dead mouse or bird parts around the house?
