Is it weird that i get annoyed when my friends take pictures of food?

I hate when I'm out with my friends and they wanna spend an hour taking "selfies."

I also hate when they heckle me for not having a facebook or instagram or whatever. I'm just not into social media.

One of the most ANNOYING things to me is when my they take pictures of food while we are hanging out at a nice restaurant or even a casual food place. It drives me crazy. Why do people do that? Why can't I enjoy my food in peace??!!

Does anyone else feel this way?

    Tell your friends this:

"remember before this technology? When you had to take a picture of your food with a film camera, then wait to get the film developed, and go around door to door showing people your food? me neither. Why do you do it now?"

You could also joke around a little, with sarcasm.

"thank you for posting what you had for breakfast, the suspense was killing me."

    Also remember this:
"Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events(or things); small minds discuss people." ~Eleanor Roosevelt

So your friends discussing food (an item) just means they have an average mind. But focus on you. What do you post that they might not like?

Actually, I don't post anything because I don't have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any of those types of social media sites. I'm just not into sharing personal thoughts or issues. Some things should remain private.

Yeah, it's normal, but them have their fun. It's better to have friends who post the kinda stuff you've mentioned than mean and humiliating pictures of other people like some jerk wads do.
