Is it weird that i look around in public?

So, recently, I moved into my college dorms, and I've been spending a lot of time exploring the campus. Usually I just let my eyes wander, but sometimes I lock eyes with someone else and I feel awkward. Maybe its the masks making me unable to tell if they're being judgemental, but sometimes it feels that way. This is something I've always wondered, since, naturally, I see other people. But usually they're focused on something or minding their own business. Makes me think I'm just nosy.
