Is it weird to feel really dirty after masterbatong?

Everytime I jack off I feel as tho I must shower clean the whole shower and bathroom extensively and then reshower, plus throw any clothes away I may have been wearing and repeatedly sanitize the area it occured. I donnoy like the smell of cleaning chemicals and it really messes with my sinuses for like a week after I complete my sometimes 8 plus hr rituals. Is this what most people do? I don't fear getting sick from it, I just get really back anxiety and feel less than or like everything I touch will be contaminated or something bad will happen or something. I feel so blessed with life overall I feel it has to be contributed to not masterbatong or showing remorse to God after through extensive cleaning rituals. This has vastly affected my life however. Sometimes I spend an hour in the shower. Help. Thanks guys.
