Gotta to?! That makes zero sense. "Gotta" means "I have to" and adding another "to" is just nonsense. If this is the case, you need more English lessons.
Unless you meant "Gotta go" and made a typo... In that case it's normal.
As in, "Got to, too" or "I have to, also"? It's incorrect, but it's not redundant, if that's what you are trying to say.
"Gotta to" makes no sense, since "gotta" is a contraction of "have got to" or "have got a".
Both "have got to to" and "have got a to" are nonsensical.
You might use something that _sounds_ like this in informal, non-standard English:
"I gotta get me a drink, bro."
"I gotta too."
If I heard someone using "gotta to", I'd assume they were poorly educated and possibly not very bright.
I hate when people say that they "have to" do something, when it's obviously a choice.
