Jogging in good for your cardiovascular system, but if running on hard surfaces then it can be very bad for your knees in the long run.
It's good in moderation.
But if you're running 10 miles a day, 7 days a week, that's gonna be rough on your heart and joints over time. Talk to a doctor if you consider taking up that kind of lifestyle.
Jogging is good cardiovascular exercise, but running on hard pavement is high impact and can be hard on your joints. If there's a track near your home I would recommend running on that if you can, because it would be less impact on your joints and spine.
Both are bad for women.

lolll! Healthy people who jog make it look healthy? Sickly people who jog are simply sick people jogging? It all depends. Too much can be bad for you. I get the urge to jog a few times a week. I might go for a half hour. I think its for the mental oxygen buzz. Honestly, its got an addictive quality to it. REALLY! Maybe you see the addict runners who can't stop? Some die-hard runners look great (triathletes tend to look way better), and some look haggard. Trailing offf......marathons??? They're for Kenyans to show off.
Some runners are round and furry. Hamsters :-)
