        At least by this point, people stop trying to tell us to go back to school, get married, have kids and all that junk we got hounded about in our 20's and maybe early 30's

        I'm 31 and I got cousins and coworkers are still hounding me over not wanting kids. They all seem to think everyone has some sort of duty to have one and look down on people who dont want kids. Lol

These days life expectancy is 90 + in most of the developed world.

Under 18 : Children.

18-29 : Young Adults.

30-49 : Adults.

50-65 : Middle Aged.

65 + : Old.

100 + : Centurions...

I wonder this too. I was told it's 30 once, not sure I agree. My guess for everything else after 20 is young adult, 18\19 barely legal, 14-17 teen, 13tween. 5-12 children. 1-4 babie. Beyond 1 is infant.

If you expect to live to 100, then middle aged would be 50. Just do the math based on what age you think that you will die.

    In Nigeria the average is 54 years.
    That means 27 is "middle aged". Wow, in America, 27 is still a kid.
    
    For gangster rap artists, they typically don't live to see 30 so just think, adolescence and middle age coincide.
