    Dogs that bare their teeth like that freak me out, lol. No, it doesn't look like a smile and my dog never done it. My neighbours' though does and it's kinda weird, or it's just me.

    I'm going to be really boring and give a real answer. Yeah, in a way she is smiling. Pulling the lips back over the teeth and holding the ears back is a dog's natural "submissive" face. She's saying, "Please like me. I know you're the boss".
