Is my gf correct?

I am naturally strong and muscular in my upperbody but I seem to rather weak legs. I did lots of boxing and gym work before but it was mostly upper body work out. My guy buddies and I just ran and boxed for legs. My GF thinks my legs just fine but I think they are too skinny for my upper body. I found out my GF can out push me on the leg press too. I was surprise because she has a hard time with lifting the grocery bags. Is it normal that guys are all strong in the upperbody but some girls are stronger in the lower half. This is what she said

Men are naturally built to gain muscle more easily in every area of their body compared to women. I think men just focus more on their upper bodies compared to women. A lot of women want to have nice looking legs more than they want to have nice looking arms. But that's just my opinion.... (I am a girl)

Work out your lower body too, more strong the core is more strong you can make of the upper body.

    FACT:
A female have on average 55% of a male's upper body strength and 72% of a male's lower body strength.

    All rest is misinformational bullshit.

Men have their balance in their shoulders. Men have strong arms.

Women have their balance in their hips. Women have strong legs.

My legs are stronger than all of my guy friends. AND i have trouble carrying groceries.
