I have an uncircumcised penis. When I masturbate I don't directly touch the tip of it, there is the foreskin between my hand and my tip. I have no problem pulling the skin down tho, I just prefer doing it that way.

If I touch the tip of my penis whiteout lubricant it hurts. With lubricant it's fine.

    If you are circumsized, you don't rub the tip/head. A little, but not like the shaft. So net; same diff circum/un-circum..
