Is normal to be as annoying as this one girl in my class?

So there is this girl in our class who never shuts up. She continuously talks when the teacher is lecturing. She starts telling a story and never stops talking. We are all going to be teaching early childhood programs or being apart of them I would assume we would all know how to raise our hand. She never raises her hand in class. =/ IS IT NORMAL THAT SHE CAN BE THIS ANNOYING? She holds the whole class and we have to stay longer. Grrrr...some people need to learn to shut their mouth and email the teacher when they have questions.

    Omg there is a girl like that in my spanish class!!!! It is sooooo annoying we would finish like a half hour early if she would just shut up!!!

    LOL. everytime she talks in front of you or makes a comment in class, grab that paddle from your backpack and wack her on the head. if she still has that urge to talk still, once she starts on her first word, say NO. When she tries again, say NO. THen, you hand that paddle to the girl that usually sits next to you so she can keep an eye out in case something like this happens again.

    then again, can you imagine what her parents have to deal with EVERYDAY?

    Meanwhile at the dinner table:
    Father: So, today at ....
    Girl: Class WAS AWESOME.
    Father: uh......

    daughter/student fail.

    how would you like soon to be teacher interrupting REAL professors who are trying to teach?
    *shakes head* we're in college for a reason.
