Is premature ejaculation a disease?

I am into marketing.I had been to Singapore,Bangkok ,Shanghai etc.Tried my hands on some beautiful blonde girls.Unfortunately I could not enjoy as I get erection very fast and ejaculation also.Is it normal or some disease?
I get discharged while foreplay , boob sucking ,massage or sometimes just imaging beautiful girl.I am really afraid of my life.Am I fit for marriage? Am I normal human being?Please help me friends.
