    No, I think she has to be 40+. I my handsome 19 year old stepbrother is dating a 26 year woman. I think it's getting more common

    I don't know. Is there a specific age requirement for such things? I always figured that 10+ years of age compared to her partner would get a woman labeled as a cougar.
