Is sildenafil a blood thinner?

Viagra is not a blood thinner because it is neither an anticoagulant nor an antiplatelet.
Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, meaning it briefly reduces the secretion of the PDE5 enzyme in the body to stop the degeneration of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP). This allows the body to free more amount of nitric oxide, a chemical that improves blood flow by relaxing the muscles and dilating the blood vessels.

No. It is not a blood thinner, as it doesn't thin the blood. Rather, it just increases the amount of space for blood to be able to flow in.
