I trying get a job that pays 15$ an hour and does not make you work 55 hours a week like my last job did. It has to be 15$ since anything less and you cant pay rent that needs minimal amount of schooling. Minimal(6-year education)

More than probably 12 dollars an hour is going to be tough to find for a part time job requiring no more than a high school diploma. Most part time only pays 9-12 an hour... there is occasionally a job that pays 15 or more, but usually you have to know someone on the inside or have a certain skill set that would allow you to get a slightly higher level job.
If you're going to school, I would suggest looking at jobs in your college or university. Lots of times they have jobs that pay students a pretty okay amount and are flexible with hours.
edit: also check out some internships. Sometimes if they are paid internships, I hear those pay pretty well.
