It isn't a matter of opinion. Just because we are unique, does not mean we can seperate ourselves from the laws of nature.

If it's because of the chemicals industry or other stereotypical environmentalist rhetoric about destroying the planet then you should not be using a computer/mobile/tablet to type this. However, if you really mean the human body then I'd say whatever floats your boat though I still prefer sex with a human female than with an animal.

        exactly.

the whole "hate humans" movement is a bit of BS anyway.

I mean they're happy enough to partake of the "spoils" of humanity - computers, technology, automobiles, medicine, math, science, cell phones, twitter, IIN - and then they turn around and complain about how horrible humans are, ignoring that they themselves are in fact contributing to the so-called problem.

if you think about it, the whole "hate humans" movement is really just self-destruction and suicide.... proclaimed by people who really don't actually want (or plan) to stop existing.

I was talking about the people who run around here preaching how humanity needs to be removed from the planet.

Yet they themselves don't want to be removed from the world... Which is why I say their preaching is bullshit. And it's double bullshit since they don't actually want to give up the benefits of being human.

unless you yourself have been preaching that then this wasn't directed at you.

Actually, I was thinking about the fact that humans aren't toilet trained and require diapers when they are born. And even as they age, they don't always know how to keep that seperate from their fresh water supply and/or food supply. Perhaps we just forgot.

Also, the local museum has an exhibit on all the slimy, sticky, and chunky body fluids humans produce. As we'll as the foul sounds and odors the human body emits.

I did take the question at face value. Vomit, snot, and poop is gross. Humans are more likely to leave these things in public or shared spaces. And unlike many animals, we don't have the proper defences to protect us from our own feces.

Thanks for asking. I would hate for someone to assume I had a hidden agenda with my comment. I guess I left off the last part before I submitted it. While I think we are gross, I still love us.

Apart from a few cats, few animals are toilet trained and all animals produce faeces, urine, or varieties thereof. (uric acid, guano etc)

          • howaminotmyself

That wasn't really my point. I only meant that as humans, we have some disgusting habits that other animals don't have. They may not literally be toilet trained, but our bodily fluids are quite toxic. Personally, I find cleaning up dog, horse, and/or chicken poop to be less gross than human poop.

            • I'm not following. Most animals shit and piss where they stand without regard. Many animals are virtually incontinent. There's very, very few animals that purposely 'go' in a separate area from their living and/or eating and drinking places(without human intervention). The only ones I can think of off hand that do this are certain tunnel dwellers that make an actual 'bathroom' in their labyrinth.

Animal poop is usually laden with parasites. Animals get horrible diseases from each other, they also give humans some diseases. Humans don't really give animals diseases. Most animals are living with quite a few afflictions their whole lives.

Aaaand, they use their tongues for toilet paper.

              Comment Hidden ( show )
            • GoraIntoDesiGals

Must be personal poop preference. I'd classify them from vegetable eater (least toxic) to meat eater so horse least dog/cat most with human in between (omnivore). I can't believe the turn this has taken lol.

What's even more ridiculous is that if I realise that I'm stuck in a room with a moth, I actually cry. Jeez, so bloody silly! I say wolves.

They've been on the "omg they're so cute! let's hug them" lists for long enough.

They're no longer endangered. So keeping them on a bloody pedestal is only going to harm other species.

I know, so many people have gotten use to the "save the wolves!" slogans that they've never actually considered what happens AFTER the wolves are saved. These ARE predators. They're not going to simply sit down and sing KumByeAh at the firepit - they'll feed on other animals.

And yes that is natural for them to hunt other animals - but... it's NOT natural if you continue to coddle and protect them above all other animals.

So I say, wolves get equal rights to all other animals now. Meaning they can be hunted to keep them in check same as other predators or game animals.

Try living in Novosibirsk (Russia) like I did for 6 years. There are dense oak and pine forests nearby and all you can hear is the shrill howl. You would sh*t yourself if you had to walk along the Yatusk bypass to Yatusk. Its 3000 miles of forest lined roads with wolves crying out. When I got a puncture, you move it...the belowing of elks, crying of wolves and rustling trees in the wind produces the quickest tire change you've ever done. For you I suggest Russia is not your best option.

Although descended from wolves, domestic dogs actually have very little in common with wolves. For example, dogs, unlike wolves, are not true pack animals because with true pack anaimals, both parents raise young and wolves kill only for food. Male dogs will kill and eat puppies if given half a chance and dogs will come up on a herd of animals, flock of chickens, or whatever, and chase down and kill every one they can just to hear the animals scream in pain. Additionally, recent studies have revealed that today's domestic dogs are some of the dumbest animals on earth. Pigs are much, much more intelligent than dogs!

This is exactly what I was talking about.

People go "oh how beautiful!" and continue to coddle them.

They put on blinders and ignore that wolves are now threatening the existence of other animals.

      Comment Hidden ( show )
    • Tons of animals eat their young! Fish, cats, wolves, dogs, rodents, birds, and so many more. Others who aren't capable of eating their young or don't care to just kill them (dolphins, for one). Of course, not ALL the time but they still do it or have the inclination to do it when they feel it's necessary. Competition, genetics, domination, food, etc are common reasons why any animal will kill it's young. It happens very often.

They eat human excrement, chase down and kill livestock and wildlife just for the fun of it, wallow on dead things and can't keep their noses out of each other's asses. And people allow those filthy, ass-licking, shit-eating, stinking fleabags to sleep on the bed with them and lick them in the mouth.
