For all I know, "first side love" is some stupid slang term dreamed up by stupid teens to confuse adults. But I'll assume you've always misheard the expression, and what you actually mean is love at first SIGHT.

In that case, no, I don't believe there is such a thing. However, infatuation at first sight - sometimes to the point of obsession - is a very real thing. Many people - especially young people - confuse infatuation with love, and it almost always leads to disappointment or even worse. You can't really love someone without knowing them. In fact, I'd say that you'll only know what love feels like once you get to know someone so well that you're very aware of every one of their stupid, annoying or even infuriating traits and yet you still want to be with them.

Side love is meant for an audience
