Is this a normal thing to wish for?

sorry that your mom died. i am actually afraid of ghosts and such, but i wish i could have seen my family members more often and that they had not passed away. i am glad they are in heaven, but i had a huge urge to see my mom before she passed away.

have you ever watched frankenweenie would someone loved their dog so much that they brought them back to life. i think it must be a normal thought if so many people have thought about this phenomenon to actually make movies and stories about it, but maybe not.
