I mean for a second I almost thought you were trolling saying you've done all this studying and had a well-payed job by 23. Were you a child prodigy or something?

Anyways if it's true, no definitely not lazy, and you need to find some friends to move into an apartment with if you don't want to live by yourself.

Some people are just too hard to please, and it doesn't matter what you do, it'll never be enough. My Mum's fucking asshole boyfriend is like that, sounds like that with your family too.

You certainly don't sound lazy, so I'd speculate your family are stirring you because you probably react to being accused of something you're not, which is a very stupid game if that's the case.

they just see a lot of potential in you and you're moving too slow and so probably why they call you lazy..

To me it sounds like they are envious of you. In their twisted view, it probably seems that you are lazy to them because being successful comes to you with less effort than it does for them.

I also agree with the others, most of your problems with them would go away once you move out on your own.
