I dreamt that I was pregnant and almost ready to give birth. Suddenly, my boyfriend appears and helps me with the childbirth. By the way, we're a gay teen couple. We're not planning to adopt a baby right now or soon.
I mean thats weird when considering the facts you have pointed out. Personally, my dreams are a result of just random things that get pulled out from the back of my mind and are in "view" just as I'm about to wake up or when I'm being disturbed by something like an alarm or when nature calls.
All i can guess is that the subject of birth or children recently came across you and manifested into a dream where you were giving birth, even though you biologically cannot.
