Is this healthy
OK, so here is my daily routine
5:30am - Wake up and do 60 Crunches, then eat a cerial bar
6:00 - Go swimming
7:00 - 8:00 Cardio Training
9:00 - 5:00 Work (Sandwich and Banana for lunch)
5:30 - 7:00 Weight training
7:15 - 8:00 swimming
8:30 - small dinner
9:00 - 00:00 TV/Xbox
Sleep.
My doctor says this is really unhealthy and i kinda agree with him, i'm always falling asleep at my desk and i'm barley going out with my friends anymore because i'm a fitness freak. Yes i do take performance enhancing drugs (legally)
I dunno what i can do to stop
