Is this normal to have this for so long

I had a Op in 2009 on my spine C3-C5... i have not been the same since it... iam getting numb left side spasams and tingling in all my fingers its been going on for afew years now.. ive been back had scans and ive been given pain relief but it dont work... what is wrong with me?

    The tingling is nerve damage or compression, most likely. Back problems are so shitty, because there's often no clear solution and you'll hear different things from different doctors. My boyfriend suffered from a severe back injury, and he's had some luck with a chiropractor after trying physio with no success. You're probably going to have to seek a second opinion, maybe a third or forth, and try different things until you find something that works. Sorry you have to experience this. It must be frustrating.
