Is this type of dream normal?

I believe that our sub conscious mind cannot bring to us what had never been stored in our brain originally. But i used to dream of people saying new words or name in my dreams. I mean words that are so strange to me that i have to check the dictonary or internet for meaning after been awaked. Is such a dream normal?

    that's cool. do you remember what words they were? I've often realized/solved some pretty surprising things in my dreams. I love my subconscious. and why wouldn't I, the sly bastid looks out for me
