Is this weird?

I have a very strong phobia of looking at my bare chest and I don't mean breasts. If I wear a V neck or look at my chest when I'm changing, it gives me somewhat of a panic attack. I have a heart condition, so I don't know if that is where it stems from...that I somehow link my chest to a fear of something bad with my heart, but it happens all the time.

Please no negative comments either. I haven't found anything like this on the internet either, so I already feel weird enough :(
