Hey yh so when i get angry i pinch my cats ear or back tail ect i dont think it hurts jasper much just first thing i fink of doin wen anger comes on hes stopped coming and sitting with me and doesnt really like coming indoors to my suprise just want to build bridges with him again. Thanks

If you're angry, it's not uncommon to want to punish someone or something else to dissipate that anger. But just because you want to doesn't mean you should. And, to take it back a step, you should try to find out why you are angry and seek to resolve it.
Finally, your cat has a back tail? I didn't know cats had them anywhere else. I guess if you're living in a world where cats have paw-tail and mouth-tail, it's no wonder you're confused.

Are you pinching the cat because its being bad or your pinching it as a way to release anger? Both is wrong but pinching him for being bad is just ignorance, pinching him to release anger is kinda weird. Cats cant be trained with physical punishment, it will only make the behavior worse in most cases.

you are normal, you just need to find a better way to channel your anger... I feel like that sometimes, when you are so angry(have anger issues) you just want to put pain on something. BUT your cat is not the thing to do that to, im not the worlds biggest animal "problems" advocate but I still dont think thats healthy.
