Is it normal that this website has replaced asking people advice in real life? I find the advice on this website to be MUCH better than advice from family and friends. I don't depend on family and friends to give advice any more.
sometimes strangers are the ones that really truely help bc they don't know you and tell you straight up what they think. it could always be a good or bad thing. lol:)
Don't tell your family & friends that. But if you do, send them here. They'll really get how bad they must be in the advice department!!!
Yeah me too. I got tired of my friends and families "you should do this". And if I didn't they would get upset with me

nobody here is invested in each other. i think you can get some completely unbiased comments from strangers.
Yeah, it can be easier to talk about things and ask for advice from nameless, faceless strangers on the net - you being one of them - than from people who actually know you. It's sad though, since family and friends are the people who are meant to support you. It's normal to feel this way.
