I get really annoyed any time I read "a couple x". For example, "a couple days ago", "a couple times". What happened to "OF" you monkey junkies? A couple OF days. You might be able to live your life by omitting it in speech, but that doesn't transfer into writing you lazy ass!!

Is this (omission) an 'Americanism'? I seem to only see it from Americans.
I think Americans in general, are turning into the laziest people on earth. Reading posts on here where these incredibly lazy assholes use U for you; it's only a three letter word, for craps's sake, and you need to shorten it to one? There are so many instances of this on the web and in real life that drive me absolutely crazy, and it seems to be mostly an American thing.
Whether this is a symptom of America's decline or part of the cause, I do not know, but I do know that the US is circling the drain and will soon no longer be a free and productive country.
It's a total youngster thing. Maybe you should worry about your own fucking country. Welfare state fools!!!
