It is normal that a person dies and the dog start doing bad stuff?

It start it on march 8,2013 my mom die and I think three days later her dog lost her eye sight and she had problen with her diabete. when my mom was alive she had problem with her diabete, and she was losing her eye sight. And my mom other dog when she goes in the room that my dad got my mom ashes at. the dog pee on the floor in front of the dresser.The dog does it off and on dearing the week. And I took the dog to the vet and they said that they can not find anything wrong with the dog.

      Yeah, but dogs (or any animal for that matter), don't lose their eye sight out of stress.

    The dog may have already been having problems before it's owner died, but afterwards it just became more evident because of stress.
    It's probably just a coincidence.
