I eat while I am using the toilet. I've told a few people and they look horrified when I say it. How normal is this. Just curious. I don't feel guilty about it. It's not hurting anyone. But from the looks I got I have a perception that this is a taboo behavior.
It's taboo, but it doesn't bother me. I mean, I'm not going to sit down with a large meal and eat it on the toilet but if you're eating some small snack-like thing it seems fine. You should probably finish it before you wipe, though, or at least use different hands.
Not hygienic - just for starters, do you know how many germs there are on toilet door handles because unless there's a hand basin in there people touch it on their way out after wiping & before washing? Not to mention all the germs floating around from people who flush without closing the lid.
If you don't care about exposing your food to all that then I guess it is normal for you to eat in there
I don't get it. If you're already in the bathroom, why not cut out the middleman, and just throw the food directly in the toilet? Seems a lot more efficient to me.
I voted not normal. I've eaten snack cakes while on the toilet before, however, it's not at all normal to do.
