It's ok for men to cry

It's fucking ok for men to cry. Stop thinking and spitting bullshit about how it's shameful for a man to cry then humiliated him further by saying he's a weakling and not manly enough. Why is this even a thing in social norms? Man is a human being too the last time I checked and it's a natural instinct for a human being to cry. If you looked down on men that express their sadness or joyfulness through crying, then fuck you asshole.

I had bird flu in 1997.
You are ill. very ill for 5 months, you cough so hard you rupture your tear duct, you cry blood!
They never heal completely and you have very little control of them ever after, my eyes water when they feel like it.

My man tears up. Sometimes over things on tv or actual emotions. I find it endearing that he gets so moved by things that he tears up.

I actually told him I was gonna make him watch The Notebook but that I’ll blow him afterwards.

Rose is right, it depends what you're crying about. If you're sitting in public crying like a pussy because you didn't get picked first for teams then you damn well need to man up.

I've cried with my friends when serious shit's gone down. I've opened up to them and expressed my deep feelings and so have they. I wish to fuck the feminists would leave us alone instead trying to dictate how we should act. That's the really annoying social norm. You guys have created the most pathetic and damaged generation of men there is. We do not want to follow your advice on how a man should behave. Leave us alone.

    • I actually agree with Rose too. I should've clarified better in my post. But way too jump into fucking concusion that I am a feminist. I am a guy too. I am just fucking annoyed at idiots telling me to stop crying and behave like a real man when I cried because I miss my loved ones that lived far away so much and I've to bid a permanent farewell to friends that moved far away from my hometown. Texting and video calling just doesn't feel the same and natural for me like say, meeting face to face. I don't want to follow an advice from the 'real men' about how to behave like a real man.

You're spouting the same shit they do. I've seen guys ball there eyes out and no one say anything, even over things that were somewhat petty; chances are if you're doing it to the point that someone's told you to man up then you probably do need to. You don't want to follow advice from the "real men" as you put it, yet you're here giving us all advice on how men should behave. Balling your eyes out in public is essentially breaking down completely. Man up, dude. Everyone misses their families in a time like this, and yeah, a lot of people cry about it, but there's a time and a place.

        • When the fuck did I say l bawled my eyes out in the public? More like in front of about 1 or 2 of my colleagues. I just simply shed tears, not even bawling at all as I talked about missing my loved ones and these 'real men' started to say that I've to man up. I was crying all right but not to the point of bawling like a little bitch. It's not like I cry every day and let alone cry often in front of other people, for fuck sake. You probably have the same mindset as these two idiots.

If you are crying about a relative dying I think that's okay.

It is much better to cry than to get angry.

I personally find it pathetic and weak when anyone cries in front of me, but it’s especially repulsive if it’s a grown man. There’s no need for such an irrational and emotional reaction to anything.

It’s been particularly evident recently that weak men create a weak society so I immediately lose all respect for a person (especially a man) who cries in front of me and I no longer tolerate that person in my life.

Or I just prefer the people around me to act like adults and not whiny little children.

You are litterally the worst person on this damn site.
I've seen you around and you've done pretty much nothing but display disgusting and insensitive behavior.
      I actually hope you die.

And isn’t it insensitive to wish death on a random stranger online? Sounds a bit hypocritical to me.

No. It isn't. How can you not see that when you treat people like shit, you have the same done in turn to you? Pull your head out of your ass and get your act together.
