Whether its eating out with friends, in my car, at work or school, I have always seemed to take my shoes off. Its a habit that I don't notice I do till after there off. Then once occasion is over I seem to be leaving later than others because I have to struggle to put my shoes back on. Ugh...
I find it very strange for someone to take their shoes off at work.and i do wear my shoes indoors all the time.
In my first job, we all had to do a lot of walking (indoors) and I worked with someone who always took her shoes off. I thought it was normal. After all, you take your shoes off when you're indoors at home. Why should it be any different when you're indoors at work? At my second job, when I started taking my shoes off, a co-worker said, "What the hell are you doing?" so I put them straight back on.
I still don't know why we have to wear shoes indoors at work. We take our coats off at work. Why not our shoes?
