What do you think of iTunes?

For me, it's one of the buggiest, most incompetent programs in existance. iTunes is a failure, a complete failure. The glitches in the software are massive. There is no excuse for the software to randomly mess with your album tracks and then offer no way to fix the damage it causes, and Apple should be ashamed.

    iTunes is a big reason I refuse to buy any products that use it. Of course I have it in my mind that Apple products in general are overpriced and unintuitive, only succeeding because of marketing, and the iTunes software just perpetuates that thought.

    It's utterly terrible software. Unacceptably terrible. I cringe every time I have to use it. Fortunately that's so far been limited to running tech support for other people.

      I hate Apple for their prices combined with not enough quality... Apple is just a status symbol! You can't even do anything with Apple products they just look good...

      I won't say that Kies for Samsung Galaxy S2 is good software (it is even worse than iTunes) but you don't need it that often anyway!

    iTunes on Apple is hardly buggy. It only seems shitty on Windows. Buy a Mac and all problems will be solved, people.

    i hate itunes but i dont have a mac and my computer doesnt recognize cds anymore so i cant burn them to my library. >:(

    yeah itunes confuses the hell out of me, just doing basic tasks takes allot of screwing around for me to work out how to do it.

    Windows media player is so much easier to use and, Id hate to have an ipod

    I have a very strong opinion on iTunes and Apple in general and, based on my dealings with them, it is NOT a favourable one. Microsoft may be many things but a shill they are not.

    there arent any bugs but its laggy as hell and takes forever to start up.
