Japanese chefs are just butchers

Japanese cooking isn’t “cooking” in my opinion. They just slice up raw fish and put it on rice. Anyone can do that, what skill is needed for that?

Nope, you sound like a moron! I'm sure there's much more to Japanese cuisine than just sushi.

I wouldn't mind going to one of those cafes where there are all these cats just hanging around.

Me too lol. They also have these cafes where the floor is basically a giant pond, complete with fish and lily pads and everything. I don't remember the name of the cafe I saw, but it looked pretty surreal and cool. They also serve regular coffee and they offer high tables if you want to just sit down and drink coffee like a normal person lol :P

Sushi chefs have to be highly trained so as not to poison someone with raw fish. You need to learn mor about the art before you criticize.

Making sushi is just a tiny bit of Japanese cuisine and even that is an art form that takes years to learn properly!

You have no idea what you're talking about.

Japanese cooking is interesting and very healthy. They even have restaurants that use volcanic steam to cook your food, how awesome is that?! I would love to have a meal cooked by the raw power of the planet Earth itself!
