Just curious, but how many others do this?

I have this habit where I pick off my lip skin and i'm pretty sure it's due to anxiety.
I always do it in an awkward situation or a place that has a lot of other people (whom I do not know)

    I do it too. For me it´s both due to me being hyperactive or stressed (I´d bite the inside of my cheeks as well)

    I bite the skin off my lower lips sometimes. It's a habit that I'm trying to stop.
